A private, single-user AI productivity assistant that works with your own Google account.
Hermes Agent is a personal automation assistant. It runs locally for one user — its owner — and connects to that user's Google account so the assistant can help with everyday knowledge work: triaging and summarizing email, tracking commitments and deadlines, preparing for meetings, and drafting documents and spreadsheets on request.
It is not a public service, it has no other users, and it is not offered commercially. There is no sign-up and no third party can access it.
Every permission below exists to perform an action the owner explicitly asks for. The application never reads data it is not being asked about.

| Gmail — read | Search and read messages so the assistant can summarize an inbox, surface time-sensitive mail, or find a specific thread. |
| Gmail — send | Send a reply or a new message, only when the owner explicitly requests it. |
| Gmail — modify | Apply or remove labels and change read state, so triage actions requested by the owner actually persist. |
| Calendar | Read upcoming events to prepare briefings, and create or update events the owner asks for. |
| Drive | Find, read, and organize files the owner references. |
| Sheets | Read and write spreadsheets, for example when the owner asks for a table of tracked items or a budget to be updated. |
| Docs | Create and edit documents on request. |
| Contacts — read | Resolve names to email addresses when addressing a message. |
Hermes Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
